All services are provided within the ethical framework and scope of practice of a Designated Specialist Wellness Counsellor (ASCHP, South Africa). If additional or more specialized support is needed, this will be discussed with you, and referrals will be made collaboratively, with your comfort and best interests in mind.

Graceful Minds Counselling
A 50-minute session focused on emotional support and space to process your thoughts and feelings.
Same as Full Support, scheduled after 5 PM weekdays or on weekends/public holidays. Limited slots - please book in advance.
A 25-30 minute short, supportive session for follow-ups or a quick emotional reset.

Sessions are not claimable through medical aid, as counselling services are offered under the Specialist Wellness Counsellor scope of the ASCHP in South Africa.
All sessions are paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). To keep your information secure, detailed payment instructions, including bank details, will be provided privately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that proof of payment is due 24-48 hours before your session to secure your appointment.
I value the time we share for your healing, and I appreciate your commitment to our sessions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me offer the time to someone else in need.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee, and missed sessions may be charged in full.
